Welcome to TrueClean Pros! Please review the following Terms & Conditions carefully. By using our website (https://localtruecleanpros.com/) or booking our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Services Provided

TrueClean Pros LLC offers the following services:

• Residential Cleaning
• Move-Out / Move-In Cleaning
• Deep Cleaning
• Commercial & Office Cleaning
• Apartment & Condo Cleaning
• Weekly & Biweekly Maintenance

2. Booking & Scheduling

Appointments can be booked online or by phone. Accurate information is required to confirm your booking. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel if necessary.

3. Payments

All prices are in USD. Payments are due at the time of service unless agreed otherwise.
We accept ACH transfers and all major credit cards, securely processed via Stripe.
Late or declined payments may incur additional fees or suspension of service.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Late cancellations may be subject to a 50% fee of the scheduled service.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you're not satisfied with the service, notify us within 24 hours. We'll return to make it right or offer a resolution at our discretion.

6. Liability & Safety

Clients must secure pets, valuables, and fragile items before the service.
We reserve the right to decline or stop service if conditions pose health or safety risks.
TrueClean Pros is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.
Liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service provided.

7. Client Responsibilities

Please ensure access to the property at the scheduled time.
If we are unable to enter the premises, a cancellation fee may apply.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of TrueClean Pros LLC and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

9. Privacy Policy

Use of our services is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our website or services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any legal disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Broward County, FL.
